Baghuada Health Camp

Over a 100 patients have benefited from a free health camp in Baghauda. Baghuada lies in the Western part of Chitwan, 40km far from the district’s capital, Bharatpur. The region hosts a diverse group of people with different religions. However, most of them are from the Tharu culture. Villagers played the vital role in making the health camp a success.

In total, 105 patients were helped by the health camp in Baghauda, with women suffering significantly more diseases than men. Diseases include:

Gastritis: - Male:  6, Female: 21, Girls:1

Musculo Skeleton: Male:  7, Female: 18, Boys:1.

Dermatology: - Men: 1, Female:  4, Boy:  5,

ENT: - Male: - 1, Females: - 3, Girl: - 1

Respiratory: - Female: - 1, Girls: - 2

Cardiovascular: - Female: 7

COPD: - Female: 2

Disinfection and bandaging: - Male: 2

Hernia: - Boy : 1

P.U.O:- Male: 1 Female: 1.

Gynecology: - Female: 15

The overall distribution of patients leans heavily toward women as detailed below.
